Christina was also able to obtain permission from the HOA without us having to do anything for it so there would be no "kinks" upon closing to get the deck built. During the 15 years we have been in our house, we have had a number of home projects that we have undertaken. After 10 years, our deck is really holding up well. If you look around the neighborhood it is clear which decks were put on by Pro-Built, and which were not. They are more substantial and sturdy with larger footers, etc. We really appreciate the quality of your work.

If I could give any of your prospective customers advice, it would be not to go with the lowest bid. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way. I contracted with a company that ended up filing for bankruptcy during my job, leaving me with an unfinished deck. After one call to you, we were able to work out an agreement for Pro-Built to finish my deck. I never thought that my deck would come out as good as it did.
