DesignWorks from Pro-Built is a new service we are offering. For the first time, we are making available our CAD (Computer aided Design) expertise directly to you. We can assist you with the difficult decision of choosing designs, materials, features, etc. by replacing the guesswork with photo-realistic pictures of your dreams. All of our construction related services can be accompanied with design visualization as an option. However, we can also provide these same services as a separate stand alone option, without a contract for construction. Our CAD experts are standardized on VectorWorks, a leading technology for the architecture and design/build industries. Using this and other key technologies allows us total flexibility to build tailored client presentations. Often such a presentation will include high quality plan documents, clearly illustrating size and layout of your project, clear elevation and section views to communicate size and scale as related to existing construction, and both artistic and photo-realistic 3D renderings of the design. Through these three types of design communications, you'll be able to easily visualize the design, and resolve possible design concerns. While the rest of the competition is describing your project, we can show you exactly what it will look like, and with the use of walkthrough style animations, allow you to actually step into your project. Of course this all occurs before the first nail is hammered, allowing you to make key design decisions without paying the penalty of construction delays and budget increases. |
